We had a 50th wedding anniversary party for our parents on August 14th of 2010 and ordered a three tier wedding style cake from Barb's cakes. Two of the layers of the cake were spoiled. When we made Barb aware of the problem she refused to make things right with us. She insinuated that we were not being truthful. Many of the guests noticed that the cake was sour and threw it away. If you have a special occasion I would not recommend this person to handle anything as important as this. Because she is only out for the money she can make and does not care about the people she is baking for or their health. Also she said she didn't know that flour or crisco could go bad. What kind of a professional would say something like that Be Ware of this person.
